This policy explains how WebsiteLink ("we", "us") collects, uses and discloses your personal information, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Last updated July 2026.

What we collect

When you submit a job enquiry, we collect only what's needed to connect you with a provider: your name, your contact number, your suburb/location, and a description of what you need done.

How we use and share it

We share your enquiry details with up to three (3) matched local businesses so they can contact you about your job. Your phone number is only revealed to a business once it accepts your job. We use your details solely to connect you with these providers and to operate and improve our service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it more widely than the matched businesses described above.

Businesses we connect you with

The businesses we match you with are independent third parties. Once your details are shared with them, their own handling of your information is subject to their privacy practices. We ask matched businesses to use your details only to respond to your enquiry.

Accessing, correcting or deleting your information

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@websitelink.com.au. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
